Accessibility Statement.

Access keys

With access keys enabled, users can navigate through pages, without using the mouse, by simple keyboard shortcuts. Therefore people with limited mobility or those who have trouble controlling the mouse can still use the site with ease.

Windows users can navigate with the accesskey feature by typing ALT+Accesskey. On the Mac, you would use CTRL+Accesskey (not COMMAND+Accesskey, which can produce undesired effects). Internet Explorer users may also need to hit the “enter” key to activate a link.
The following access keys have been defined.

Standards compliance

This entire site has been approved up to level 3 standard under Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG3), in addition to satisfying Section 508 of the American Rehabilitation Act. However this is always a judgement call; many accessibility features can be measured, but many can not. Therefore all guidelines have been reviewed and it is believed that all pages are in compliance.
